this bike was built by one of my best bike mates matt j in sydney about 6 or 7 years ago. i remember being blown away by this bike when he pulled up at my cafe in sydney on it all those years ago....it had no front brake then.....but then neither did my 1950 norton...
featured in DicE about 6 years ago....i dont know.....maybe issue 8 or 9?.....
anyway...as are all of matts builds....perfectly engineered and dialed in, ride anywhere.anthony says the details are:

Matt's Triumph was in DicE 9. Although it's listed as a '74 in there although that could have been a typo on myh part off my website.
